Jeffrey leads a team of national account managers responsible for Fannie Mae’s multifamily production activities through the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) platform. Along with managing our DUS lender relationships, Jeffrey and his team negotiate transaction terms and approve transaction parameters, including pricing, credit, and loan structure. Through Multifamily’s variety of products and flexible financing solutions, Customer Engagement provides certainty of execution and a seamless experience for our lender partners.
