Jeff Zeiszler

Jeff is responsible for implementing strategies to identify land acquisition opportunities, negotiating purchase and sales agreements, managing due diligence, dispositions of entitled land, and acquisition feasibility. He and his team explore new market expansion, opportunity sets, and help diversify deal flow in the entirety of the West Coast. Jeff has been with SummerHill since 2015.

Prior to joining SummerHill he sourced, negotiated, and purchased more than $1.5B in real estate and distressed multifamily debt over his career. Formerly at Carmel Partners, Jeff helped grow the company’s acquisitions platform from its first fund of $215MM to a multibillion-dollar fund manager through its 5th $1.025B fund.

He previously held positions in the acquisitions group at UBS Realty Advisors and started his career in investment banking at Bank of America, in the Real Estate Banking Group.

Jeff graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and an emphasis in Finance. He is an active participant with NMHC, Belden Club, Rebuilding Together SF, and several other charitable organizations.
