Jeff Sutton is the Founder and President of Wharton Properties, a commercial real estate company. Over the past 25 years, Jeff has amassed over 120 properties in prime locations throughout New York City. Jeff’s primary asset is his strong relationship with high quality retail tenants, which has led to flagship stores and record breaking deals.

Jeff has received the following awards multiple times:

• The Retail Deal of The Year Award.

Jeff graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of Wharton’s Board Of Overseers. Jeff donates much of his time and money to many charities and is actively involved with the youth of his community through various organizations.
