Jeff Rosen is the Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer at MAG Partners.
As the Managing Principal, Jeff spearheads corporate matters and leads day to day operations across the entire company and portfolio. As the Chief Investment Officer, Jeff drives capital raising, oversees acquisitions and leads pipeline development.
Jeff is one the founding members of MAG Partners and has been instrumental to acquire, capitalize and secure debt and equity financing for all the company’s ground up development portfolio including Ruby (241 West 28th Street), 300 East 50th Street, and 335 Eight Avenue. Jeff also leads MAG Partner’s efforts in sourcing, negotiating and managing our strategic joint venture partnerships in New York and Baltimore.
Prior to joining MAG Partners, Jeffrey spent 13 years at Forest City Realty Trust, most recently as Executive Director of Greenland Forest City Partners, a joint venture partnership between Forest City Realty Trust and Greenland USA, a subsidiary of Shanghai-based Greenland Group. In that role, Mr. Rosen was responsible for the overall execution and strategic direction of Pacific Park Brooklyn, the $4.9 billion, 22-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Brooklyn.
At Forest City, Jeff also served as a Senior Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets where he was responsible for the origination and structuring of construction and permanent debt and joint venture partnerships for Forest City’s operating portfolio and developments such as 8 Spruce Street and East River Plaza.
Jeffrey is a graduate of Cornell University and received his MBA from New York University.
