Jeffrey F. Lowry, CAPS, is Chief Operating Officer for Madera Residential in Lubbock, Texas, and is a Texas Real Estate Broker. Lowry is currently the Chairman of NAA and was the 2014 NAA Education Conference & Exposition Chair. He has served as NAA Region VI vice president, a member of its Board of Directors and past president of its Education Institute. Lowry is a graduate of the NAA Leadership Lyceum class of 2003 and is currently serving as an advisor for the Leadership Lyceum Program.

He is also a past president of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and past president of the Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation. He is a member of the Executive Committee and has been a member of the TAA Board of Directors since 2001.

Lowry is a former president of the Lubbock Apartment Association (1999 and 2006) and has served on the Lubbock Apartment Association Board of Directors since 1996.

He has served on numerous non-profit boards, City of Lubbock Boards and Commissions and is a U.S. Army veteran. Lowry lives in Lubbock with his wife Kristy, and has two sons, Ryan and Tyler.
