Jeff is Vice President at Olive Tree Holdings. In his role, he leads Acquisitions and Dispositions for the platform. Since inception, Olive Tree has acquired and transformed over 16,000 units of workforce and affordable housing communities across 9 states, raised over $450 million in equity, and garnered a lifetime portfolio value of over $2 billion.

Prior to joining Olive Tree, Jeff worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank where he focused on advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies, in leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other leveraged finance transactions across a wide range of industries.

In the fall of 2022, Jeff was named as one of New York Real Estate Journals’ Ones to Watch. Jeff earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and graduated with his M.B.A. with focuses in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business.
