Jeff is responsible for the planning, development, marketing and sales of Midwood’s entire development pipeline. Prior to joining Midwood, he was Head of Development for Kuafu Properties, a real estate development and investment firm with strong ties to Asian investors. Previously, Jeff was a Senior Vice President for Development at Extell Development Company where he oversaw the development of over two million square feet of mixed used, residential and hospitality projects including ONE57, which features 94 ultra-luxury residences above a 210-key flagship Park Hyatt Hotel. Jeff received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science with Departmental Honors from Northwestern University.
