Jaymie O’Harrow serves as a Managing Director of Acquisitions for Mill Creek Residential, focusing on acquiring existing multifamily communities in the company’s target markets. His role requires sourcing, underwriting, placing debt, closing, and executing the business plan for Mill Creek’s acquisition investments.

During his time at Mill Creek Residential, he has acquired over 1,640 apartment homes. Before joining Mill Creek, Mr. O’Harrow was with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, where he underwrote over $800 million in multifamily loans across the asset class spectrum (C to A+).

Mr. O’Harrow holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin.
