Mr. Friedeck is the President and Managing Director of Asset Management at Magnolia Capital and STYL Residential, a nationally focused multifamily investor based in Chicago. Mr. Friedeck oversees asset management, revenue, marketing and capital for Magnolia Capital.

Prior to joining Magnolia Capital, Mr. Friedeck worked for LivCor, a Blackstone Portfolio Company focused on multifamily. Mr. Friedeck was one of the first employees hired at LivCor and was responsible for the creation and implementation of several processes involving cross-department collaboration to benchmark LivCor’s operating partners on their performance as well as the onboarding, budgeting and forecasting of several portfolio acquisitions.
