Jason Ceglarz joined Signature Development Group in 2021. He is responsible for overseeing asset management activities and developing and executing investment strategies for the company’s operating assets in the Bay Area.

Prior to joining Signature Development Group, Mr. Ceglarz was a vice president with Shorenstein Properties, where he was responsible for the oversight of operations of a portfolio of office, retail, and multi-family properties.

Mr. Ceglarz graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.A. and from the University of Southern California with an M.B.A.
