Jarrod Whitaker, Senior Vice President of Residential Operations, has 15 years of experience in the property management industry, joining RXR Realty in 2021. His current role includes oversight of multifamily operations for a $21 Billion portfolio which includes nearly 10,000 units of high-quality residential apartment communities in NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Jarrod has experience with predevelopment planning, mixed-use and lease-up communities, as well as operational experience with luxury residential apartment communities, cooperatives, and condominiums. He has successfully executed ground up construction projects and lease up of luxury residential projects in excess of $3 Billion. Jarrod excels in organizational and operational management by providing dynamic and inspirational leadership and creating teams that forge relationships with both customers and clients. Jarrod received his Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Political Science from Columbia University and Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Prior to joining RXR Realty, Jarrod served as Vice President at Bozzuto Management Company and also served as both Director of Maintenance Operations and Director of Resident Experience for the Durst Organization. Jarrod also held the position of Portfolio Property Manager at Durst Fetner with oversight of 2,000 units in New York City and is a Licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.
