Jared Wheeler is Vice President of Acquisitions responsible for acquisitions and dispositions in Sack Capital Partners (SCP) target markets. Prior to SCP, Jared was a Managing Director for Amoroso Companies, a family office that invested in value-add multi-family. Jared was responsible for acquisitions in the Pacific Northwest and asset management of the multi-family portfolio. Before joining Amoroso Companies, Jared was an Investment Manager for one of the largest privately owned global real estate companies. Working in a hybrid asset management and acquisitions role, Mr. Wheeler was responsible for asset management of residential, retail and office properties along with acquisitions and dispositions for the Seattle, Bay Area and Los Angeles markets. Jared holds a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California (inactive).
