As Managing Partner of Canfield Development Inc., Jared Brenner-Goldstein manages the firm’s land acquisitions, development and entitlement process. He directs investment strategy, oversees business plan implementation and is heavily involved in the firm’s capital allocation strategy and joint venture arrangements.

Jared has experience in all facets of real estate investment, including acquisition, development, construction, disposition, asset management, fundraising, debt placement and portfolio management. Prior to joining Canfield Development, Jared served as a real estate development Consultant in Boston, where he oversaw the development, repositioning and disposition of several high-profile tax credit syndications and urban redevelopment projects. Prior to working as a development consultant, Jared worked at Fisher Investments, an international investment advisor with over 200 billion in AUM. While at Fisher Investments Jared raised nearly $200M in additional equity for the firm. Since beginning his Career at Canfield Development as the acquisitions and development manager, Jared has been involved in firm tractions consisting of over 2500 residential units and over $1.5 Billion dollars of total development value.

Jared earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University – Bloomington, an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Jared is actively involved with the USC Price Real Estate Alumni and Affiliates Organizations, Urban Land Institute, and alumni mentoring.
