Jamie Blake currently serves as Vice President, Investments for JB Matteson. JB Matteson is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring Class A multi-family residential properties in major West Coast metropolitan areas. Over the last 50 years, JB Matteson has built a $1+ billion portfolio on behalf of several hundred private capital investors. Our mission is to deliver long-term, stable, and increasing cash flow through proactive asset management, conservative financing, and operational excellence. As Vice President, Investments, Jamie leads all acquisition and asset management efforts for JB Matteson in Southern California (Ventura County through San Diego and the Inland Empire). JB Matteson currently owns four properties in Southern California. Jamie is based in Santa Monica, CA.

Prior to joining JB Matteson, Jamie worked in acquisitions for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing based out of Los Angeles. Jamie’s previous work experience also includes Invesco Real Estate, Gladstone Commercial (a public REIT focused on the single-tenant NNN space), and Wells Fargo.

Jamie attended The College of William and Mary where he graduated cum laude with a B.B.A in Finance and a minor in History. Jamie also received his M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson.
