Jake has a broad depth of real estate advisory and development experience across multiple sectors, ranging from complex mixed-use multifamily and student housing projects to education, healthcare, and historic renovation facilities. During Jake’s tenure, Spectrum has successfully developed and managed over $2.5 billion in real estate throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Jake currently serves on the national Urban Land Institute’s Transit Oriented Development Council (TODC) and is a past member of the City of Seattle Planning Commission. In 2015, Jake was selected by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the 40 under 40 honorees, spotlighting the top business leaders under the age of 40 who excel in their industry and demonstrate dynamic leadership.
