Jacob Schumaker, Vice President at Waterton, has over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry with experience across all asset classes. His current portfolio includes Illinois, Tennessee, Florida, and South Carolina. Having overseen luxury highrise lease-ups to multimillion dollar capital projects, Jacob is passionate about bringing our communities to life. Jacob serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicagoland Apartment Association, co-chairs the annual CAMME Awards, and sits on the NAA Educational Advisory Board. He is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
