Ines Olesen oversees the asset management of Nuveen Real Estate’s Workplace investments within the Northeast region, and is responsible for directing the strategy, performance, and day to day operations for 1.4million square feet across the northeast portfolio. In addition, Ines is the U.S. Head of Workplace, and Retail dispositions leading the sector team of investment professionals across the US . Since 2013, Ines has led the strategy, and execution of approximately $11billion in real estate transactions across the U.S for the platform.

Ines has been with Nuveen Real Estate since 2013. Prior to 2013, she worked with TIAA’s Advocacy & Oversight team as a legal analyst.

Ines received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the City University of New York at Hunter College, and a Master of Urban Planning with a concentration in Economic Development, and Housing from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University. She is a member and has served on the board of directors for CREW NY.

Ines regularly participates in public speaking engagements including CFA Society of New York, CREW, and Bisnow.
