Ian is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 14 years of public accounting experience. He holds expertise in the following disciplines:
- Audit, review, and compilation engagements for large, privately-held businesses
- Expertise working with companies in the technology, manufacturing, real estate, wholesale and distribution, and professional services industries
- Financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and OCBOA (cash and income tax basis)
- Consulting on complex U.S. GAAP accounting issues
- Purchase price accounting
- Equity recapitalization
- Debt restructuring
- Lease accounting
- Internal control and accounting procedure recommendations, testing and review

Prior to joining Seiler in 2012, Ian served as an Audit Supervisor at Hemming Morse, Inc.
