In his role, Mr. Bingham is responsible for the growth and relationship management with our private wealth and institutional clients for our Third-Party property management services. Additionally, Ian focuses on merger and acquisition activity in the multifamily and Single-Family management space. He specializes in assisting clients in achieving their investment goals and has a vast understanding of Primary and Secondary markets thought-out North America.

Mr. Bingham has over 25 years of industry experience in Market Rate, Affordable, Student Housing and SFR. Prior to joining Buckingham, Mr. Bingham spent several years at RPM Living / CF Real Estate Services as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. Prior to that Mr. Bingham was an executive with Village Green Holding where he focused on both business development and site operations for 17 years.
