Harvey Camins brings decades of experience representing owners, investors and tenants of all types of office and industrial properties to lead Camins Tomasz Kritt’s rapid growth within Chicago.

Mr. Camins was a founding partner of Frain Camins & Swartchild in 1978. While leading Frain Camins & Swartchild, he launched the company’s property management division, which eventually grew to oversee 13 million square feet of suburban and CBD office buildings, industrial and retail properties. After the company was sold to Insignia/ESG in 1997, he served as Regional President from 1997 to 1999 and as Executive Managing Director from 1999 to 2001.

He is past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA Chicago), a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a board member of the Chicago Development Council (CDC), a past president of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) and a past president of the Association of Industrial and Real Estate (AIRE).
