Haril A. Pandya FAIA, LEED AP is a Principal at CBT and has over 20 years of professional experience, specializing in providing ground up and value-add asset strategies, re-branding and building repositioning for corporate/commercial buildings and campuses in urban and suburban contexts in Boston and nationally. His work to upgrade and transform existing properties and increase their value has led to his far-reaching knowledge of the planning, permitting, design, and real estate challenges in and around Boston. His design studio at CBT has executed more than 90 projects since their inception a decade ago. He is a former board member of the Boston Society of Architects, current board member of the Boston Center for the Arts and the BSA Foundation, a frequent guest critic, thesis advisor and Professor at design schools including Roger Williams University, Suffolk University/NESAD and BAC. A Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, Haril holds two degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In addition, Haril is an accomplished touring musician and songwriter, and has written and produced several films.
