Originally from Oyster Bay, Haley’s career in real estate began when she started working at a boutique firm in Manhattan after spending time in the compliance sector at Citibank. She attended University of Richmond, Stanford, and Oxford, where she was a public speaking coach and award-winning Mock Trial competitor, ultimately graduating with honors in Rhetoric + Law.

She is on New York City’s top producing multifamily sales team at Marcus + Millichap where she focuses solely on mid-market seller representation. Her team is notorious for setting historical sales records across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Haley is well versed in the New York City housing laws and understands the intricacies of rent stabilized assets along with transitioning long-term ownership out of New York City through 1031 exchanges.

Most recently, Haley was responsible for the sale of a mixed-use corner trophy building on 81st and Amsterdam for $17,000,000 during the height of COVID. Some of her other notable transactions include a 348-unit estate portfolio of 6 properties across the Upper East, Upper West, Bronx, Washington Heights, and Queens for $85,900,000. She was awarded Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan “Rising Star of 2020” and selected as a “2021 Top Young Professional” by Commercial Observer. Haley was a formerly trained classical ballerina and pianist, enjoys visits to her family in Charleston and a good game of chess.
