Greg spearheads Bright Power’s office in Oakland, California. He brings extensive field experience in building audits and his expertise in lighting design, mechanical systems, and construction management to help new clients understand the impact of energy and water efficiency on their portfolio. He builds partnerships with owners, managers, developers, architects, local government agencies, and other key stakeholders, helping them make an impact in their buildings’ performance.

Prior to working at Bright Power, he was a commercial building appraiser and construction foreman. His energy audit experience has included multifamily residences, commercial offices, and industrial warehouses, and he relishes opportunities to conduct hands-on measurement and verification and use data to turn efficiency skeptics into believers. As he enters buildings, he can’t help looking up at lights in buildings, investigating suspicious building energy systems.

Greg is a Certified Energy Manager, Existing Buildings Commissioning Professional, BPI Multifamily Building Analyst, and LEED EB O+M.
