Greg joined Fairfield in 1994 to start an acquisition/redevelopment business to complement Fairfield’s national development program. He built a team that since 1994 has purchased 605 apartment properties with over 159,500 apartment homes representing more than $20.9B in acquisition and redevelopment investments. Today, he oversees all aspects of Fairfield’s development, acquisition, construction, property management and investment management businesses. Greg received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA from Northwestern University. He serves on the Executive Committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council, is a Multifamily Council member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Multifamily Leadership Board of the National Association of Home Buyers.
