Greg is Executive Vice President, Partner at Jefferson Apartment Group. He oversees all functions relating to site acquisition, market research and development and is responsible for the direction of the five expanding JAG development offices throughout the East Coast.

Greg has nearly thirty years of industry experience, developing a variety of multifamily products and specializing in opportunistic acquisitions, rehabilitations and tax credit projects. Prior to forming Jefferson Apartment Group, Greg was Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Partner for JPI East, and Vice President of Multifamily Development for Kettler.

A graduate of Tulane University with a BA in Economics, Greg also earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Development from the American University in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Leadership Council and a member of the Board of Directors of National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). Greg is married and has three children.
