With his focus on new acquisitions, zoning, and design, Senior Vice President, Development Greg Christopher oversees all aspects of the development process for Carmel Partners’ projects in Northern California.

Mr. Christopher has 10 years of experience in multifamily real estate in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Carmel, he worked as Development Director for Equity Residential. He has also managed projects at Avant Housing and Toll Brothers. A licensed architect, Mr. Christopher began his career with Robert A.M. Stern Architects in New York.

Mr. Christopher has a Master of Business Administration degree in real estate finance from the Columbia Business School, a master’s in architecture from Columbia University GSAPP, and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
