Glenn Grimalid is the CEO of Naftali Credit Partners, the real estate debt arm of Naftali Group, a privately-owned global real estate development and investment firm. Mr. Grimaldi has over 35 years of experience in real estate finance and has overseen more than $100 billion in transactions.

Before joining Naftali Credit Partners, Mr. Grimaldi was Head of U.S Commercial Real Estate at HSBC Bank, where he managed a $20 billion portfolio. At Naftali Credit Partners, he leads the firm’s investment strategy and execution, focusing on mezzanine debts, preferred equity and first mortgages for transitional assets in major U.S. markets. Under his leadership, Naftali Credit Partners most recently closed a multifamily lease-up loan for 4224 Baltimore Avenue in Philadelphia, marking the 7th deal of the firm’s second opportunistic debt fund. Since last year, Naftali Credit Partners has invested approximately $191 million, with $1.1 billion in total capitalization across its first and second credit funds and $650 million in total financing, further solidifying its position as a key player in real estate lending.

Mr. Grimaldi holds an MBA in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
