Gina Osborn is the Senior Director of Operations for RangeWater Real Estate. Gina’s primary focus is overseeing the detailed operations of the portfolio under management with specific emphasis on revenue growth, expense management, and analysis of performance.

Gina has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry throughout the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest in both operations and asset management roles. Gina formerly oversaw the direct management of the State of Florida for RangeWater; 23 assets (6,327 units) including both owned and third-party assets. She has extensive knowledge in the Florida, Georgia, Texas and Virginia markets; including lease-ups, new developments and value-add renovations.

Gina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Florida with a minor in Real Estate. She is also a member of the National Apartment Association as well as the Atlanta Apartment Association. Gina currently resides in Ball Ground, GA, with her husband, Tad.
