Gary Woods is SVP of Commercial Real Estate Lending at BankFinancial and has over 32 years of extensive financing experience primarily in the commercial and multifamily property arena. Mr. Woods career has encompassed work in loan origination, structuring, documentation, asset management and closing of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions for credit companies, life insurance companies, Wall Street investment banks and pension funds. Prior to joining BankFinancial, Gary held positions as Relationship Manager at Greystone Servicing Corporation, Senior EVP for National Accounts at A10 Capital, EVP/Managing Director for NRF Capital, Dallas, Texas, Director for Washington Mutual Commercial Real Estate Group, EVP and Partner of Lone Star Opportunity Fund, and was a founding member of Timarron Capital, now part of NorthStar Realty Finance. Gary is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame and also a graduate of the University of Dallas’ MBA program in Finance and Marketing.
