Gary Goren is the President of Prosper Properties Inc. Gary founded Prosper Properties in 2012 and has since been building its multifamily portfolio to the current 100 Million of assets under management. Gary focuses on acquisitions, financing, and re-positioning of the properties, while the employees of Prosper perform the day to day management of the units. Prosper Properties takes pride in offering high quality, well designed apartments at a premium price point. Our portfolio of properties are predominately located around the West LA corridor, Hollywood, and Silverlake.

Prior to Prosper Properties, Gary earned his construction stripes as professional single family home flipper. Gary has also owned an internet marketing company and worked at Fortune 100 firms including Nestle USA and Verizon Communications. Gary was raised in Southern California and graduated from USC in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance. Gary obtained his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1998. Gary is the father of two boys, and a lives in Venice. Gary enjoys traveling, snowboarding, tennis, and spending quality time with family and friends.
