Mr. Leeds is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company and its real estate operation. He directs the investment activities of the company, including acquisitions, development, value-added projects and dispositions. He also oversees the management of 1,500,000 square feet of retail properties and 5,000 apartments throughout Southern California, Arizona, and New York.

Fred has a 40-year history including over 500 successful property acquisitions, development and re-sales. Fred owns interest in and oversees a national property portfolio fast approaching $1,500,000,000 in value. One of several notable projects include the Wilshire Union Center, the largest land parcel privately owned on Wilshire Boulevard west of Downtown Los Angeles to the beach.

Fred attended the University of Southern California. His active participation in the community has earned him several awards and accommodations including the City of Los Angeles Mayor Certificate of Appreciation Award for the Improvement of the Model Neighborhood Program Target Area.
