Frank Ricci has been the director of RSA’s legislative and political programs since 1986 and is now Executive Vice President. He has spearheaded lobbying operations at the State Legislature in Albany and the City Council at City Hall. In addition to the legislative bodies the agencies that are responsible for implementing the various laws that effect the real estate industry also fall under his responsibility at RSA. As Executive Vice President I coordinate lobbying, public relations, outreach to members and office operations.
Frank has also been a small building owner in NYC for 45 years and has lived with the NYC rent laws as well as the numerous maintenance requirements mandated by NYC.
Frank has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and was a practicing engineer prior to coming to RSA.
