As the Director of Asset Engineering, Forrest White oversees all property maintenance operations and renovation projects. Mr. White and his team specialize in the administration of refurbishments and capital improvement projects from initiation to implementation. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Mr. White was previously a part of the ConAm Management and Fairfield Properties Maintenance Departments. Mr. White is CPO and CPOI certified, is a CPM candidate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
