Ferrante Sinclair is the Director of Real Estate at Bain & Company, where he leads global real estate transactions, manages the firm’s corporate footprint, and oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives across its portfolio.

With more than 20 years of corporate real estate experience, Ferrante has a background in leasing, transaction management, lease administration, project management, and facilities operations. He has held senior roles in the real estate organizations of several global companies. Prior to joining Bain in 2025, he served as Director of Real Estate at Charles River Laboratories and PTC Inc., and as Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities Operations at Epsilon Data Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
