Fernando De Leon is the Founder and CEO of Leon Capital Group, a real estate investment and development firm with approximately $3 billion in assets. Leon Capital Group develops and invests in shopping centers, net leased properties, residential for sale communities, self-storage facilities, and multifamily and industrial assets. Mr. De Leon is the sole General Partner of over 300 partnerships across the Leon Capital Group of companies.

Mr. De Leon is the Manager of LCG Ventures, a private equity investment vehicle focused on real estate-related operating businesses, as well as healthcare and retail assets. LCG invests growth capital in companies that can benefit from a real estate development solution and growth plan provided by Leon Capital. LCG currently owns and operates among other businesses, Mattison Avenue, Vardiman Black, Scrubadoo Car Wash, and Apex Dental.

Additionally, Leon Capital, along with the Perot Companies, co-founded a European Industrial company which currently controls over $1 billion in industrial assets in the European Union.

Mr. De Leon began his career as an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co in New York. Mr. De Leon received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Harvard University, where he was a Hoover Foundation Scholar and National Coca Cola Scholar. He serves on the board of many of the company’s portfolio companies, as well as the Harvard Interviewing Committee and the Dallas Assembly.
