Evan Faulkner joined Virtú in 2012 and currently manages all acquisitions and dispositions for the firm. During his tenure with the Virtú, Mr. Faulkner has sourced and closed over $2B in acquisitions and managed over $1B in dispositions. Prior to joining Virtú, Mr. Faulkner worked with a San Diego based family office managing their lending portfolio, commercial development projects, and existing retail and office centers. In 2005, Mr. Faulkner joined Redhill Realty Investors, a multi-family focused real estate investment firm where he was responsible for over $400 million in multi-family acquisitions. Mr. Faulkner holds a BA in Economics and English from Brigham Young University and is a CA licensed real estate agent. He also serves as the Board President of the San Diego Chapter of the research and advocacy organization Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF). He loves running, golfing, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife and four kids.
