Erin is responsible for Fairfield’s east coast multifamily portfolio of 18,000 units. Erin oversees the Regional Vice President and 5 Regional Supervisors who are responsible for the operations of the communities, including leasing, affordable housing compliance, resident service, property maintenance and financial performance. Prior to joining Fairfield in 2018, Erin worked for Bell Partners Inc. for 10 years as both SVP of Operations and SVP of Asset Management. Prior to Bell Partners, Erin spent 12 years with UDR, a national REIT. She started in the business as a Leasing Consultant with Berkshire and progressed to a Leasing Manager. She moved on to MPA where she held a Marketing Manager position and ultimately landed in the Property Manager role. She then joined UDR as a Property Manager and progressively grew to SVP of Operations, overseeing over 70,000 units. Erin has over 25 years of Property Management experience and holds a BS in Management from the University of Maryland.
