Eric is the SVP of Capital Markets for The Wolff Company, and is responsible for overseeing Debt and equity co-investment financing for all leveraged assets in Wolff sponsored Funds and its corporately owned real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Wolff in 2012, Eric spent 11 years as a Partner at Capital Advisory Group, a structured finance Mortgage Banking firm in Arizona specializing in multifamily and residential development. Prior to that he spent 5 years as a commercial Mortgage Banker/Analyst at Keystone Capital Group in Phoenix, Arizona. Eric Graduated with Magna Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He currently resides in Spokane, WA.
