Elizabeth joined EBI Consulting in 2020 as National Client Director. With more than 25 years’ experience as a professional geologist and environmental professional, Elizabeth specializes in providing environmental and physical due diligence of commercial, industrial, retail, and multifamily real estate properties, which includes: ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, construction risk management, energy audits, facility management plans, seismic evaluations, regulatory agency file reviews, compliance audits, hazardous material assessments, wetland assessments and Phase II Subsurface Investigations, including vapor intrusion and PFAS impacts.
Elizabeth is widely recognized as a thought leader and leading provider of due diligence services to the commercial real estate and financial services sectors. She leads the historical research focus group within the ASTM E1527 Task Group, was selected as a founding member and national advisory panelist of commonground, and served as co-editor of the EBA Journal for the Environmental Bankers Association. She has been honored with numerous industry awards, including Prism Industry Influencer award and CREW Boston Esprit de Coeur award, and has been recognized as Woman of Influence and CRE Consultant/Advisor by GlobeSt. and Real Estate Forum as well as CREW Network’s “Woman to Watch” in its inaugural 20 Under 40 award.
Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in geology from Colgate University, a Master of Science in geological sciences from Lehigh University, and an MBA from Suffolk University. Other professional designations include ASTM-designated Environmental Professional (EP), ASTM Approved Trainer for E1527 Phase I/II courses, Professional Geologist (PG), and Counselor of Real Estate (CRE). She is based out of EBI’s Burlington headquarters.
