Elizabeth Erikson is the Regional Director of Sales for the Central region at Luxer One, the leading provider of innovative package management solutions, offering smart lockers and delivery management systems designed to enhance convenience and security within the multifamily sector. At Luxer One, Elizabeth leverages her analytical and data-driven mindset to drive sales by partnering with the company’s value-added reseller channel partners. When originally joining Luxer One 2023, she pioneered a new service-based offering called Luxer Liaison as the Market Development Manager, leading national sales efforts. With over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and management across the single-family and multifamily sectors, Elizabeth is a seasoned professional who brings extensive expertise to her work.

Prior to Luxer One, Elizabeth was the National Sales Manager and a founding member of Kairos Living, a single-family operator in Chicago. There, she recruited, onboarded, trained, and supervised a national sales team managing 2,500 single-family homes across 88 metropolitan areas in 18 states. Before that, she served as the Marketing and Sales Manager at National Home Rentals, where she managed a team of sales and marketing agents and achieved over 95% occupancy year-over-year. Elizabeth began her career as a top-performing sales agent at Mac Properties in Hyde Park, where she honed her skills in both sales and operations.

Elizabeth is also a proud member of Luxer One’s DEIB committee and is dedicated to advancing equity in the multifamily community. She was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
