Eleonora Bershadskaya is an Associate Director Senior Associate of Acquisitions and Development at TF Cornerstone, where she focuses on public-private development projects and initiatives. Prior to joining TFC, Eleonora was a Policy Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Housing and Economic Development, where she led various land use projects. Before working for the City, Eleonora worked in acquisitions for the Urban Investment Group at Goldman Sachs, where she helped to invest over $300 million in urban real estate projects that generate financial returns and positive social outcomes.
