Elaine has spent her career working within various roles within Real Estate starting with an architecture degree, followed by being in project management roles for General Contractors and Developers on site and in the office, then transitioned into the Development management, and now working as Senior Director of Development for the largest Japanese Developer focused on deals in the DC Metro and Atlanta. In the past 20+ years, she has been an instrumental part of an impressive portfolio from new builds, fit-outs, and renovations in various asset classes including institutional, office, multi-family, and mixed use projects.
