Drew C. Fletcher, President of The Greystone Bassuk Group, is primarily responsible for structuring creative equity, debt and mezzanine solutions for clients with multifamily assets, with a particular focus on 80/20 transactions. Drew also provides real estate capital advisory and financial brokerage services to assist clients in evaluating prospective real estate investments and securing the most optimal financing arrangements for their projects.
Prior to joining The Greystone Bassuk Group, Drew served in the role of Chief Financial Officer at Edison Properties, LLC where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial operations of a multi-generational family real estate business with $200+ million in annual revenue and multiple lines of business, including: Manhattan Mini Storage, the largest self-storage operator in Manhattan with over 3,500,000 square feet of space in 18 buildings; Edison ParkFast, a commercial parking operator with 40+ facilities; The Hippodrome, a Class-A commercial office building in midtown; The Ludlow, a 243-unit 80/20 rental building; and a portfolio of other rental real estate properties. During his 14-year tenure at Edison, Drew was directly involved with the over $800 million in commercial property acquisitions, dispositions and development across Edison’s portfolio. Prior to serving as CFO, Drew held a number of leadership positions in finance, operations and real estate within Edison’s business.
Drew received his B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Communications from Wake Forest University and his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University. Drew volunteers his time as a guest lecturer at the NYU Real Estate Institute, and is also an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Urban Land Institute.
