Don is a senior asset manager in the Real Estate America’s Southeast Investment Team within J.P. Morgan Asset Management. A J.P. Morgan Investment Management employee for more than twenty one years, he is currently responsible for managing a portfolio in excess of $1.5 billion of development and stabilized residential properties totaling more than 4,900 units in Southeast Florida and Orlando/Tampa. While at J.P. Morgan, Don has participated in excess of $1 billion of dispositions and over $3.5 billion of acquisition and development of residential properties located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Nashville, North and South Carolina, Atlanta and Florida.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management, he was employed by O’Connor Realty Advisors, Inc., Eastdil Realty and Tishman Speyer Properties. Don earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Mount St. Mary’s College. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
