Diane leads Village Green Holding, which is a third-party vertically integrated apartment services company comprised of Village Green Management Company and GREENWORKS Digital Marketing and Design Studio. Village Green operates a portfolio comprised of approximately 50,000 apartments nationwide, valued at over $10 billion, including a broad range of asset classes. The company’s client base includes private investors and institutional owners.

An example of Village Green’s Promotion from Within philosophy, Diane joined the company in 1980 as a part-time leasing consultant while attending college. Throughout her tenure, she accumulated experience in every aspect of the apartment industry, including development and construction, acquisitions and dispositions, property and asset management, and capital markets. Diane served in various C-Suite leadership roles throughout her tenure including Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer, before ultimately ascending to Chief Executive Officer in 2016.

Diane is also active in various industry organizations, including serving as an Executive Committee Board Member of the National Multifamily Housing Council. She has contributed numerous articles and been a panelist for many apartment industry organizations and publications. Her career has also been accentuated with numerous awards and recognitions, including being honored as 2020 Executive of the Year by Multi-Housing News.
