Dee serves as a principal in the firm and is the real estate leader for Texas.  With more than 18+ years of experience, Dee provides tax, consulting, and accounting services to real estate developers and operators, construction contractors, and private equity funds.  Having gained a wide range of valuable experience in assurance, tax compliance, fund administration and property accounting, she is a sought-after resource for established and emerging real estate organizations for deal structuring, tax planning, and consulting.

Technical Experience

• Multi-state tax compliance, with clients working in all 50 states
• Partnership Tax Compliance – carried interest and waterfall calculations
• Tax savings consulting including cost segregation planning, like kind exchange planning, use of federal and state tax credits, and asset disposition plans
