Debra joined CWS in 2007 and is responsible for leading and managing our Regional Directors in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Texas as well as Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina. Through high-level collaboration, she supports the development and implementation of new strategies that create revenue growth, achieve the financial goals of the assets, ensure superior customer service, and promote employee growth and development. Over the course of a 35 year career, Debra has gained extensive experience invalue-add opportunities, due diligence, acquisition, disposition, sales and marketing, training/employee development, and asset preservation and management. Debra attended Southwest Texas State University, holds the designation of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a Texas licensed real estate sales agent. Debra has a passion for animals and is dedicated to their care and safety. She is also an avid reader and enjoys gardening and home improvement.
