Debra is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience. She has worked with dozens of real estate companies over the years, as well as technology companies. She is also the firm’s senior-most technical accounting partner and has spent her entire public accounting career in Silicon Valley.

Debra holds industry expertise with real estate, technology, professional services, wholesale / distribution and manufacturing companies. Her specific matters of expertise include consultation for complex accounting and financial transactions for venture, private equity-backed companies, and established companies; mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, and reorganizations; lease accounting; complex debt and equity structures and transactions; internal controls and risk advisory; business modeling and financial projections; and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP, OCBOA (cash and income tax basis), and IFRS.

Debra joined Seiler in 2003 and became a Partner in 2008. Previously, she served as an Audit Manager for Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP and a Manager for Crawford, Pimentel & Co., Inc. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Chico. She serves as an Audit Committee Member for the Children’s Health Council’s Board of Directors and an Audit Committee Chair for Caminar, Inc.
