Dean Shapiro is a Senior Vice President of Oxford Properties Group and is primarily responsible for Oxford’s investment in the Hudson Yards development project. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Building and Land Technology in Stamford where he executed major leases with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Cornell University, and Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy. He was formerly Executive Managing Director of CBRE where he managed the revenue operations of the New York City market, and held various positions at Insignia/ESG.
