David has spent over 17 years in the Insurance Industry and is currently Vice President/Partner with Insurance Office of America (IOA) in Boca Raton FL. He works with clients that span all industry sectors of Real Estate; including owners, managers, and developers. David has successfully represented many high profile clients to the market place. His experience includes insurance transactions and risk consulting as it relates to real estate purchases, sales, contractual issues, claims advocacy, policy interpretation, coverage analysis, risk management, and coverage design. David specializes in developing risk solutions for Real Estate based exposures for all property types (i.e. Multi-Family, Retail, Office, Industrial, etc…). David is a graduate of the University of Florida and currently resides in South Florida with his wife and two boys’ ages 11 & 13.
